I've been penalised on my etsy stats because 3 of my orders didn't include tracking info - however, I don't include tracking info on any of my orders...
Can anyone explain this? Can you appeal this?
Orders over £10 have to have tracking, or purchase an etsy label, for Star Seller.
Were the 3 orders it mentions over £10?
I only do tracking if I sell abroad as it's not automatic in the UK and costs more. And I'm afraid I don't care about the star seller thing
