My message response stats indicate I did not respond to a message within 24 hours regarding an item that I purchased from another shop. How can that possibly be used against my Star Seller stats?
Also got dinged for 2 customers that sent back to back messages. I responded immediately to the 2nd message they both sent but because I didn't respond to the first message, it shows as no response within 24 hours.
