Star seller message replies question

I respond to all messages promptly and have always been awarded a star seller badge that includes this part of customer service. However, for the past two months my message reply portion has fallen short and I have not gotten star seller status. How do I check to see what the problem is?

Download a CSV file for messages and see which ones you missed

@thecottagenana: You need to check the applicable CSV file available on your Customer Service page (previous review period for May 1st badges and Star) to see which new Message threads Etsy thinks were unanswered or answered late.
