Star seller inaccurate calculation

Jump to solution

My star seller page is showing I made less than $300 in the last period (Jan to March) but I actually made slightly more than $300. I should qualify for a star seller badge but not all of my orders (and the subsequent amounts made) ae showing up in the calculation. Is there a way to correct this?

@NeuroTools: The sales minimum requirement excludes shipping and taxes - basically the sum of the 'Item Total" line on the applicable orders. And the minimum varies by currency. https://help.etsy.com/hc/en-us/articles/29665255990039-How-to-Track-Your-Progress-Toward-Becoming-a-...
