Orders not going through.

I opened up a shop, and listed an item about 4-5 days ago. There's so far only one item, and according to potential buyers, orders are not going through. It keeps giving them a "Hmm. Something went wrong." when they go to buy, and there is nothing popping up on my end saying that there is any issues that need to be resolved. On my seller dashboard.  I don't know what it is, but I would appreciate if someone has a possible solution to this, because I am afraid I am losing customers, over something it doesn't seem I can control. If people are messaging you and saying they can't purchase, and want your email address.... it's most likely a scam to steal your money.

Scammers target brand new shops in hopes of finding a fresh victim.

There is nothing you need to do to get your shop ready for a sale. If everything is set up correctly, a real order will appear under "Orders" on your Seller Dashboard.

Note that you need to read Etsy's rules about what can be sold here before you upload more listings.

And inform yourself about Intellectual Property law.

I thought that, but I know one of them personally. So I don't know if a scam is one of the issues. Thank you though !!
