Star seller calculated incorrectly.

My star seller account was calculated incorrectly. The item dinged was shipped on time and tracking was provided on Etsy not sure why after downloading my dashboard the answer is “no”.

The badge you're missing for May is the review badge.

So, I am looking at the "last review period" and this is the info, yet I have no badges for May:

Orders (Way above the minimum of 5) 

I did not and have not in past months met the minimum sales amount - but that doesn't detract from the above "badges." Right?

You have to make $300.00 as well as min. of 5 orders to get any badges, if your income was not that amt. or more you will show no badges at all.

Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements during the preceding three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered.
