Your star seller is calculated correctly

71/16*100 = 4.4375%

4.4% for reviews means you don't get the badge

What exactly do you think was calculated incorrectly? No one here can see your stats, so we can't help without more information.

If you're referring to the current badge, that was calculated from January to March. Your review average was lower than needed.

I think my star seller stats are wrong too. This month I had 9 reviews, 8 were 5 star and 1 was 2 star. I lost 7 points for the 2 star dropping me to 4.3. Now after 8, 5 star reviews my score has only risen to 4.7 and its the 30th, so I lose stat seller for October??? How do you lose points for one bad review and get only 1/2 of 1 point for each 5 star review?

I have only had 2 bad reviews in all the years here as a seller and this just seems wrong. but I'm gathering from things I read that a seller has no recourse? any feedback on this anyone?

@MustLoveWoodPlugs: "How do you lose points for one bad review and get only 1/2 of 1 point for each 5 star review?" It is pure math and unfortunately a bad review hurts more than a good review helps. Divide the total number of stars by the number of reviews to see for yourself.

From January through March (current Star Seller data) you have a 3, 2, and 1 star review.  Your review average for those months is 4.4%.
