Star seller badges not registering

My star seller badge disappeared stating my ratings aren't at 4.8 yet every review I have is a 5 star. My dashboard also shows a perfect 5.0 score yet my rave review badge is not showing.

Did you look at the star seller metrics? Star seller is only calculated on the first of the month, and is for the previous 3 months (so May, June, July for the August badges). Looking at your reviews, you have a 1-star in May that may have brought it down.

Go to Star Seller from your Shop Manager and click the arrow in the Review box and it will give you a breakdown of your ratings.

Go to star seller stats, it set on "current review period" by default - that is what you are working towards, for 1st September

to see what you earned, for the stars shown now, you have to click "Last review period"

@MindovrMayhemco  You had a 1 star review on May 31st. That's what is bringing down your average.
