Star seller badge not awarded due to missing tracking info

Hi there,

I was expecting to receive Star seller badge, but now I see it says that I did not reach it due to missing tracking and on time shipping. I only sold digital products during the review period. Could someone please look into it too?

@PixelPresentsCo: Are you sure that every sale was properly set up as digital?

As an aside, you should include your licensing information for all of the copyrighted and trademarked items you have so if any of the listings are deactivated for intellectual property infringement the person reviewing it will see that they are legitimate and you are legally allowed to sell them. It also gives your customers confidence that they are not buying counterfeits.

I don't offer advice to counterfeiting/infringing shops but I believe this is taken into consideration by Etsy when determining star seller.

If not, it certainly should be.
