My sales total calculated by Etsy is not correct.

Etsy says I have only 2 sales in the current period to apply for Star Seller, but I have 3 sales, where can I write to correct this error?

@SimplyAndHandmade: "Etsy says I have only 2 sales in the current period" Are you keeping in mind that the current display is for the September Star (June, July, and August) and the previous period tab has the data for your August Star (May, June, July)?

It does not matter because you need at least 5 sales.
