I lost my star seller badge April 1st but according to the dashboard I over achieve the targets. Spoke to one agent saying it would re-appear after 24 hours but still nothing.

You don't have any badges, which means that according to Etsy, you didn't meet the sales minimum.
Did you by any chance change your currency at any point? That resets the sales figures, so just throwing it out there in case that is the cause.
Be sure you are looking at the Previous tab on the Star Seller screen as this month's badge is based on the previous 3 months. Often activity during the last few days of the previous month is not included in the calculations.
You can check which parameter did not meet the standards by downloading the CSV for messages, or postage or whichever one it relates to.
There are actually 5 criteria, you need to make a certain amount of sales, sell a certain money amount, plus the usual shipping, messages and review scores.

And sold for more than 300 which is the target if i remember correctly

@CrumbsAndChaosCo Have you read the Etsy Help Center articles regarding Star Seller requirements? They are also outlined in your shop manager customer service page … see Q/A at bottom.
Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges.

I changed the currency so that must be the reason then. Oh well, guess I will have the badge back soon. Thank you!
Yes, your sales restarted at the time the currency was changed. Luckily, depending on your sales, you can often make that back up quickly, it's not like the other metrics that can often haunt you for the full 3 months.
