Hi,
I have noticed that though I sell digital downloads, at the star seller section it gives me a message that says: Your May progress: Not quite there yet.
It also shows the "On time shipping" tab now. This one has the message: " Not there yet, with -% showing. I suspect it is an error because I did not had this before, only the "Message rate" and "Average ratting".
Can you please fix this or tell me what should I do?

@KraftygraphyEmbroid I had the same yesterday. I am selling only digital items too. Today it changed back to only "message rate" and "reviews" as it was all the time.
@KraftygraphyEmbroid: This sounds like a user interface glitch, a 100% digital shop should show an on-time shipping and tracking of "---%" (nothing to calculate). Perhaps you have fallen under the order quantity / volume minimum and that triggered something?
Hello. My Star Seller profile says that one of my shipments did not have on time dispatch and tracking. The order number is 3215748649. You will find the tracking info at USPS tracking 9400103699300057923402. Buyer placed order on Feb 25th and the package was accepted at USPS on Feb 26th.
Feb 25 was a Sunday and the Item was shipped on Feb 26th Monday. I am not sure why your system did not pick it up.
Because of your system's error I am not being considered for Star Seller for May.
@VintagePhotoStuff22: What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).
If the link does not work correctly, make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
"I am not sure why your system did not pick it up." Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Hi, very happy to announce that all is good now, it was definitely a glitch! Glad is all good now!
This is me this month, it doesn't say 0% for shipping, but --%. I don't ship, I sell digital. This shipping box just appeared now that its June 1 for the July ratings. Yours took a few days to go away, but did go away?

Thanks! I hope it is that way for me too. I haven't changed anything or even added any listings in a couple weeks, so it would make no sense! I've seen some people say it would say 0% with a blank CSV file, but I don't even have anything at all except the --%. Fingers crossed its gone tomorrow!
