I dispatched my order on time (Same day), but etsy said three of my orders didn't dispatch on time.
This will affect my Star Seller status next month, what can I do?
@CreativeWorkshopCA: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for November Star)?
If not, you need to check the applicable CSV file on your Star Seller page to see what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.
What status do the orders show (i.e. Pre Transit, etc)? Have the packages been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available.
When were the orders shipped? The file doesn't sync immediately and sometimes takes a couple of days to catch up.
