There's some technical issue with the status of orders that are shipped to Germany. After completing a few orders to Germany this year I noticed that this issue is ongoing and the orders are stuck in transit status weeks and months after their actual delivery to recipients. This may not look good from the buyer's perspective and I'm not sure if there's a possibility for a buyer to leave my shop a review if order never reaches delivered status. Could you please share some feedback as to any potential solutions.

The buyer knows they got their package. Why would there be a problem?
This may cause inconveniences when person buys a gift for someone and it's shipped to another person, not a buyer directly. In such cases customer cannot rely on the order tracking option in the app. Plus as I've mentioned I'm not sure if customer can create reviews for such items.
Buyer had 100 days after expected delivery date to leave a review no matter the delivery status.
@MoonWaterFlow: International shipments are always problematic because different countries has different scanning standards. Plus we are completely at the mercy of if, when and how often AfterShip checks the tracking number and updates Etsy.
