Just received the current status which states:
of 52 eligible orders shipped on time with tracking or shipping label from Etsy -- 3 orders missing tracking info.
I've downloaded the csv file, and there are really 3 orders w/o tracking.
However in the order details for all 3 orders the tracking number is visible.
It looks like an error in the calculation.
Can somebody check it? Thanks
@Banyek: "Can somebody check it?" Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).
"3 orders w/o tracking" If the shipper is supported by Etsy (AfterShip) have you checked the actual order to make sure that the shipper and tracking number are entered correctly? Does the order show that the package has been scanned (at least "in transit")?

1) yes, Etsy Support
2) the forwarder is not supported by Etsy, nevertheless the tracking number is correct and the parcels were successfully delivered (also physically and not only according to the system)
@Banyek: A shipper not supported by Etsy (and their third party vendor AfterShip) equals shipped without tracking because they cannot automatically verify the tracking number and follow the progress of the package.
