Failed to Purchase Shipping Labels

I have an order that needs to ship TOMORROW, and Etsy is not allowing me to purchase any labels. They claim this glitch is fixed, when CLEARLY it is not. I am starting a new thread because this problem never ended. I want my voice to be heard as Etsy support chat also does not work and has me talking to myself like a crazy person in the chat with no responses. I even put in a request for a call back, and no one has called me. It's been over 20 minutes. I have no way to ship my order. The glitch IS NOT FIXED. Do not close this thread until we say that it is fixed.

Its my understanding that if you need to purchase outside of Etsy due to the glitch, you can do so and save the receipt, contact Etsy with the proof if you had to pay more and they should reimburse you the difference. That is my understanding according to other threads about the same issue that has been happening since Monday I think.
