I need help with my star status. I believe there’s an error. i went from an almost 5 star to a 2 star over night with no negative reviews. i need to know how to get this corrected.
Shop star ratings are based on the last 12 months of reviews. You have just the one review within that time frame and unfortunately, it's only 2 stars. The June 2023 5* rating fell off in June 2024, about 6 weeks ago.
