I'M being marked down on Star Stellar because the customer cancelled an order and I gave a full refund while being marked down for not providing shipping information. Your algorithm for this is screwed up and should be fixed. Please tell me the ticket number and an estimated time for completion.

My advice is that if you refunded in full, you also need to Cancel the order.
Buyers can only request a cancellation - next time, if you click the three dots on the order and select the "Cancel" option first, you can refund in full and clear out the open order in one step.
The program worked correctly.
If you refunded but did not cancel, the order is still open and included in your star seller stats. Next time, make sure to cancel, which will refund at the same time.
The buyer can't cancel an order. Only the seller can after fully refunding.
The order still appears as open so if you passed processing time, you get dinged. You need to refund and cancel the order. It's either a two step or one step process depending.
