  The message system has a bug. A person sent a message to me in a minute, it created two message chat. It creates problem to us. It should be one chat because these messages could not get any logic without the other. If you wanna describe with photos, I can send u.

Send one message to spam, and answer the other one.

Every message requires a response or marking as spam. Every. Single. Message.

The inquirer sends the messages and it sounds like they added something so they sent an additional message.  They didn't think to append to the one sent.  The message is not intuitive to some buyers.   

You can spam one and answer it all on the other.  Or answer them both.
