We are a star seller and work hard at keeping this up. Our Dispatch rate is showing as 98% - spreadsheet states we have 3 orders not showing tracking and not dispatched on time, which is incorrect. ( have checked the 3 orders on Etsy and they are showing dispatched on time and have tracking numbers too). Thought I should advise incase there's a glitch in the app. Thanks.
