Attention to ETSY Support Departmant,

I provided all required Star Seller conditions in the 5 categories with the sale made from my store on April 19, 2024.

However my store have not titled Star Seller yet.

I would like to be informed about the questions below:

1- Is there any incomplete procedure of my store to become the Star Seller?
2-If yes which condition?
3-If no, when will my store get the Star Seller Tıtle and how long this title will be active?

Star Seller is only awarded on the first of each month.

You can see all this in your dashboard under the starseller tab. Download your stats from there and if you managed to achieve all their set goals then you will receive this on the 1st of the month.

Star seller badges are awarded the first of each month, based on the previous three month seller performance.  So May 1 will be based on February/March/April.

Have you read the info etsy provides about Star Seller?

The very first bit ( its even highlighted in light blue) says "Star Seller eligibility will be calculated on the 1st of every month..."

I would suggest taking some time to read the info.

........ Etsy calculates once a month, the ..... next chance to qualify, is therefore 1st May - as it says

@PeaceandcoGifts: "Attention to ETSY Support Departmant" Just so you know, even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

As others have mentioned, Star Seller is calculated and awarded only on the first of the month. If on that date it has been more than 90 days since your first sale and you have met the order quantity and volume minimums during the preceding three month period, the badges and star calculations will be made based on the preceding three month period.
