Help please

I have a buyer who has admitted to having her delivery at her door but is saying it was stolen from her door before she got home . 
I’ve asked her to talk to Evri but she’s stalling for some reason . She’s now becoming really aggressive and threatening in her text want me to send another for free but won’t give me an alternative address ( so it doesn’t get nicked again ) 

what do I do ? 🤦🏼‍

Tell her to call the police and report the theft.

Don't replace or refund without the police report number.

If she doesn't provide it, she could be lying to get free stuff.

It is up to the BUYER to provide a safe place for parcels to be dropped off. Don't send another item so it can be stolen again!
