I missed out on the Star Seller badge in November because I missed replying to a message in the 24 hour time frame. Now, in December, I'm still being penalized for that. Is this accurate?

Star Seller is calculated on a rolling three month period.  The next badge calculation on Jan 1 will include Oct, Nov and Dec, and the Feb 1 badge will include Nov, Dec and Jan.  So if you missed replying last month that strike will remain until after the end of January.

I would be more concerned about your shop getting closed because of all the infringement. The Star Seller won’t do you much good with no shop. 
If you do have a license to sell the different collages then I would make sure to mention it in your description.

star seller is the least of your problems, remove all the IP infringing stuff now, or you wont have a shop to be starred, or not
