Message % does not work, it's a joke i try so hard to make sure I get the SS badge just for me to not get it due to technical errors.

I was told i replied to 13/14 messages on time, therefore the % was <95%, since then i replied to 20/21 which is 95.2% so it should have given me my SS badge, and now it hasnt which is going to cost me thousands in sales

It's an absolute joke how often this algorithm works Etsy has no regard for how small businesses operate, we put blood sweat and tears into reaching these targets just to get let down by a poorly ran website.

I wouldn't worry about it or bring attention to your shop, it's quite possible you could lose the ability to ever earn the star again.

Termination

While this legally means we can decide that you’re no longer a Star Seller for any reason, we will only take this action if we have a very good reason; this includes things like if we change the policies or requirements for participating in the Program, if we end the Program, if you violate these Terms, the Etsy House Rules, other applicable Etsy terms & conditions, and any behavior deemed serious enough to make us rethink your standing. Your Star Seller membership, privileges, and license to the Star Seller badge will be automatically suspended or terminated if: (a) you no longer meet the qualifications, (b) stop selling, (c) close your Etsy shop or (d) your listing or Etsy account is suspended or cancelled, as the case may be.

There is no direct correlation between the Star Seller badge and sales.

Often messages from the last few days of the month are not counted towards the Star.

If you find yourself missing messages, then set the Auto Reply Etsy has supplied to us.

As @audreytherese mentioned, you have larger problems than Star Seller. You need to include the licensing information for all of the trademarked and copyrighted names and images in your shop in your listing, otherwise buyers (and Etsy) may conclude they are counterfeits. And a buyer could file a not as described case against you and both get their money back and keep the item. Not to mention that the intellectual property owners can come after you. Including the licensing information will show that you are not selling those items illegally.  People in the forum are not supposed to help shops which violate Etsy rules and the law.

That's a lot of counterfeits
