Incorrect Calculation - Star Seller Shipping

My shipping numbers are incorrect and I am not sure how to get them fixed.  It's showing late shipping for 2 orders that the ship by date was changed on. How do I report this to have it corrected?

(Changed date because custom orders and the customer didn't send the photos I need in order to make their product.  One still hasn't sent her photo, despite me reaching out, so the ship by date was pushed out a week and I planned to cancel the order if she didn't respond.  The other is shipping this morning and it shows I still have 3 days to ship it.)

The ship by date is within this month (december). It will not therefore be counted as on time shipping & tracking for November, because it's not due to ship in november. i.e it won't count in Nov, but will count in Dec when you ship it.

Re: Incorrect Calculation - Star Seller Shipping

@GiddyDesigns515: Are you basing this on the applicable CSV file available on your Star Seller page (previous period for December Star) to confirm what Etsy thinks is late or otherwise has something wrong with it. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes. Remember that Star Seller dates / times are in UTC not your time zone.

Re: Incorrect Calculation - Star Seller Shipping

The CSV file shows a ship by date of 11/30.  The pending orders in Etsy show ship by 12/4 and 12/9.  The ship by dates were changed yesterday but I can't remember what time.  The gal I finally got in touch with asked what time I changed them, but I don't remember and I don't see any way to find it.  It would have been later in the afternoon.  It never crossed my mind that they'd pull the data for star seller in the middle of the work day.  I used to work in software and all the automated processes happened in the middle of the night when usage was way down.  Thank you for the UTC info - I've literally never hear of UTC and had to google it.

Edit - I moved this comment to a reply above.  This is a duplicate.  Sorry about that.  New to forums.

@GiddyDesigns515: "all the automated processes happened in the middle of the night" Remember that 6:01 pm November 30 to you is 12:01 am December 1 to Star Seller.
