I hit all 3 metrics for the latest review on April 1st but haven't received the Star Seller badge. 96% response rate, 4.8 rating, 97% shipping. I've been selling for several years and hit the order number/sales dollars requirements. Am I missing something?

Are you looking at the correct tab? The current period is the tab behind the one in front.

You are missing the message badge for this month. You can download a spreadsheet to see the messages you missed.

Sadly its done by quarter and the star wont show till the following month which is totally unacceptable and unfair if you have earned it. The star should reflect immediately. I have been selling on Etsy for more than 6 year and I am finally fed up. I go over and above for all customers. I am 100% unhappy with the star seller program. In fact I am looking for somewhere else to establish myself anyone have suggestions ?

doesn't matter if you are current it wont reflect until the next month which technically means they make you wait which is garbage. Look at the prior quarter its there too sadly and if no one asks you questions and you miss one you are toast

best thing to do is set up a auto response I will get back to you so you have replied to all most customers hate this but its the only way to beat the system

There is no ‘system’ to beat. The criteria are all set out clearly in shop manager where they’ve been for nearly two years. And meeting the messages criteria is completely within every seller’s control.

Its not just messages there are problems with. I have been marked down because they say I didn't post an item quickly enough. It was sent next day as all my items are. It's just plain unfair to do this to people who run an efficient buiness.

@GlassJewelleryShop the SSP isn't about fair. It's about sellers achieving the level of customer service as defined by Etsy. You have no stars showing in your shop. Etsy won't show any individual stars unless you meet the sales/venue minimums first.
