I missed the Star Selling this month because of one supposed missed reply in the first 24 hours. When I look at all of my conversations, I do not have one missed or past the first 24 hours. I downloaded all of my conversations and they have all been replied to in a timely manner.
Have you downloaded the report from your Star Seller page? Click in the messages box on the Star Seller screen and then click to download that file and it will tell you which conversation was missed.
Yes, I did that - and when I look at the actual message chain they are all answered promptly. The download shows a "no" in the spreadsheet but in actuality the message was answered.
