Everyone still having this issue of Flats / Pitney Bowes packages still marked as "In Transit" and "Pre-Transit" Weeks, Months After Delivered?
Then your buyers can't leave reviews, and complain to you!
Crazy! When is the fix coming?

I'm still dealing with this after a month of talking to Etsy about. All they say is "We're working on it and it shouldn't affect your star seller badge" however it is definitely affecting my star seller scores.
The post office sometimes does not update the status of shipments. Some countries do not track certain shipments, such as Australia or Canada, even though the shipment requires tracking. It all depends on what kind of mail you send. Do not worry. If the customer doesn't object, just move on. My shipments to Canada and Australia stop after leaving the Polish border. And although the missions pass, they are still marked as in transit. After the delivery time has expired, the customer can leave a review and this has absolutely no effect on the star seller mark.
This has been going on for months, for some unknown reason if affects a % of sellers stats but others are unaffected even through they are experiencing the same glitch regarding transit & pre-transit
I still have several pre-transits & transits some going back over a year even though customers have left reviews but stats have always remained on 100%
If buyers are complaining about not being able to leave reviews, there's something else going on. Being marked as delivered has nothing to do with being able to leave a review. The review window is based on your stated processing time plus estimated delivery time. Anyone who purchased as a guest will not be able to leave a review unless they go through the process of linking to an account.
It may be beneficial to stop purchasing the PB flat/letter rates and start purchasing FCM package rates so that you get true USPS tracking that actually works.
