Star Seller

I'm a digital store that hit the criteria this month but no badge. I started in December. Orders have been pending but I surpassed the limit 5. Now I'm seeing perfect scores for Messaging, Reviews, and Shipping and surpassed the $300. But the rating for the orders and $300 limit are now gone. What am I missing?

I think it is calculated over the past three months.

It's not awarded until you have been open and made a sale for the past 90 days.

My first sale was on Jan 17th. So it could be around March 17th then. Look forward to it! Thanks guys

They're only awarded on the 1st of the month.

If your first sale was on Jan 17th, you won't be eligible until early April (90 days) so the earliest badge you'd get would be May.

Some of your digital fan art may be more of an issue than the star seller. Disney doesnt play nicely with infringing shops.

I took a look in the Etsy shop for the Disney products and they're plentiful with the star seller.

That doesn't make it okay - Star Seller shops have been shut down when detected.  Star Seller doesn't look at what shops are selling but Disney does..as do a lot of other IP holders.

There's an old Etsy saying - those that will not listen eventually learn the hard way.

@CyborgArtist  That's because Disney has not yet reported them to Etsy. Best not to mess with Disney because they often have been known to sue the person trying to sell those items.

If you've met all the criteria and get the badge the rating for the orders and $300 limit don't show. Mine never have shown for those 2 things.
