Hello, I'm the owner of TheLuxxExpress. I have a 5 star rating with my customers and a 5 star rating for shipping. I have answered all of my messages usually within an hour. Will someone give me info on how I can have someone look into my account. It also says that I've only had 10 messages. Which is also not true. I've had more than that and I've answered everyone one quickly. Did anyone have a support email please? I work extremely hard and I want my star seller badge.

Please know that only the messages initiated by the buyer(not the conversation you've initiated) are included on the Message Response rate. Additionally, you just need to respond to the first message for it to count positively towards your Star Seller.

It may help to download the message history from the Star Seller Dashboard. This will show exactly what conversation might have been missed. Some sellers have shared a slight delay in time zones has made a difference with documented response times.
Contacting Etsy can be done via the Community & Help tab in the shop manager page. Follow the prompts which fit the situation.
@TheLuxxExpress: As mentioned, check the applicable CSV file. Only the FIRST message of a NEW THREAD counts for Star Seller, not all of your messages.
