Lost my start seller status because I cancelled one order and refunded the person, Which I stated. They still counted it as not having a tracking number. The order was cancelled so I didn't need a tracking Number. This one should not count. So frustrating!!!

Go back and be sure you fully refunded AND also cancelled.

Hi thank you for responding. yes it shows i cancelled and refunded, that is why I'm so confused.

I have had 2 people tell me they made a mistake on the lowered star ratings.  One person corrected it and they other has not.  It still shows up as a lower rating even after they corrected it.

I think only the initial rating is counted...not updated.
