Star Seller

Why do I have a message from August, that was not answered in the time frame, still affecting me in Oct., from getting star seller.

The calculation period is three months.

The calculation for Nov. 1 is August, September and October.

The calculation for Dec. 1 is September, October and November.  The August mistake will drop off then.

They make it so difficult to achieve Star seller - I actually don't let it bother me anymore if I don't achieve it.  I know my customer service is good  - don't loose sleep over it.
