I got payment through PayPal from a person but could not find any order in Etsy.

Hello, I got payment in playpal but couldn't find any order Etsy.

How to process that order?

Did they just send you money through PP, or is it an actual order?  The order will have the item, but PP itself will not.  Could be a mistake, but contact the buyer and ask them what they bought.  If it's an item order, contact Etsy to see if it's a glitch.  Sometimes orders take a bit longer to appear.

@RupchhandaCreation Be very careful about proceeding. There have been reports of fraudulent payments and/or emails regarding payments in Paypal. Your best bet is to call Paypal and ask what's going on. If there's no record on Etsy, the "payment" may have nothing to do with Etsy. And it could be a fraud attempt.
