The star regarding on-time shipping and tracking is incorrect. The Cvs file marks as missing some tracking that has been correctly entered instead. These are shipments that occurred over 1 month ago. Is it possible to have update of the statistics?
@SoloCoseBelleITA : Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data. If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. It also appears that orders without a processing time or which have shipped late will count against the Star Seller metric.
They also made a mistake with my star seller. The customer support woman told me everything was fine for September and August, and I did put tracking #s and sent everything on time, but I didn't receive a Star Seller badge..

If you use Etsy labels, you won't have that problem.
