I have 2 x 100% scores and one 97% score and receive this message:

a Star Seller!

Looks like you didn’t earn any badges for May:

You didn’t meet the Orders and Sales minimums last month. Keep trying - you’ll get there! Every order is a chance to step up your service and get on track to earn badges for your shop

I think I have met all your criteria. Please can you check and amend?

Check your order totals and sales amount.

It is currently 10 sales totaling $300 in a 3 month period although this is changing in July - 

Lowering the order minimum 

Starting in July, shops will need to have at least 5 orders (down from 10) within the three month review period to qualify for Star Seller. Those orders will still need to total $300 before shipping and taxes. This change is designed to help lower volume sellers who provide great customer service earn the Star Seller badge.

It says: „Looks like you didn‘t earn any badges for May“

Etsy is still processing the data of the review period March, April, May for the June badge.

The star seller dashboard also says: „Wondering if you earned a Star Seller badge for June? It can take up to 24 hours for your dashboard to update—check back soon!“
