Star Seller

I believe my store qualified for the stat seller last review period, but my page has not been upgraded.  Whats the issue?

Apparently it got updated on Jan, 1.   I got back on and this Star Seller means nothing to me.  It is off and on,  off and on.   I don't want to be a slave to it.  I work on my products and attempt to please customers.

Same here. I usually only get it at the beginning of the year, after 3 months of holiday sales, but don't care either way. I'd gladly give mine to someone else, if they want it so badly! I hate that it stresses people out.

@JumpinCactusCandy Did your Star Seller page (from your Shop Manager menu) say that you had all the things you needed to have it for January?

Your earliest review is from November 8th.  One of the requirements for the SS is that ''you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale.''  You'll probably have to wait until February 1st for the star.

@JumpinCactusCandy: "I believe my store qualified for the stat seller last review period ..." Star Seller is calculated only on the 1st of each month, and on that day it must have been more than 90 days since your first sale, then you need to have met the order quantity and volume requirements for the three month period, and only then are the other metrics considered. Remember that for the January Star, you need to look at the "previous period" data, what you see on your Star Seller page are the metrics for the February badges and star.

Check your reviews rating on the star seller page. I scrolled through and saw a few low reviews since November.
