Hi, I don't know if it can be changed, for star seller I needed to answer messages which I have done but not 2 messages. One was my customer messaged me in two languages and I answered the one in English and I dropped for not answering the one in Spanish, the second message was spam and did not answer. Is there any way I can fix this? Many thanks for any help, Dorothy
Hi Dorothy! I believe if you mark those 2 messages as spam then your record will be adjusted, although I'm not sure what would happen to any possible future message from that Spanish customer, they may go straight to spam. Maybe check on that.

@DRstudioprints: If the unanswered new thread is not a Help Request, at least for the time being, it appears that marking an unanswered message as SPAM (even after the 24 hour deadline has passed) will cause your reply percentage to change in a day or two if the original message was within the current star seller period (but not retroactively). Note that subsequent messages from that account may go directly to the SPAM folder.
Keep in mind for the future that you need to reply to the FIRST message of EVERY NEW INCOMING THREAD within 24 hours. It does not matter who sent it, the subject matter, if it is a duplicate or blank or anything else. If it is SPAM then it should be marked as such.
