I know I was low on my message response last month but I Have not had a message in the last 24 hours for this to be effected.

You need to look at Last review period to see your stats for the October badge awarded today

You need to look at Last review period to see your stats for the October badge awarded today
Copy and paste from the Q&A section below your Star Seller stats:
"You must also meet a minimum of 5 orders and $300 in sales during the 3-month review period, and you must have been on Etsy’s platform for 90 days since your first sale."
The forums are just other sellers so we can't help. Download the message csv and see which ones Etsy believe were missed. You could try marking them as spam and your rate may go back up, although it won't change your status for this month.
Thank you for your messages. I have been a Star Seller in the past but a I had a message sent on July 1st on the wrong message format which cost me my message response rating. I had hoped after 3 months that would have fallen off this month which is why I tried to contact Etsy. It will now be on for 4 months. It seems impossible to contact Etsy on this so I will just wait for November. Sadly it has definitely effected my sales not being a star seller.
October 1st badge's review period was July August September.
You now have 100% message rate, because July dropped off on October 1st, and the review period is now August, September, October.
A July 1st message was only affecting you for 3 months. (Augusts', Septembers' and Octobers' badge)
