I didn't receive star seller for September as it stated that I didn't have a tracking # on one of my orders and I definitely do. I went through the past few months orders and There hasn't been a order that I haven't added a tracking number. I feel like this is for sure an error. How do I get this fixed?

When you add tracking information but are still dinged for no tracking, the number being entered may not be the tracking number, or a slight error may have been made in entering the number. Please check the carrier and the tracking number match. If the carrier and tracking numbers do not match, this will count as an invalid tracking number. The tracking number should show tracking events on the carrier website and on Aftership. You can also check our help center article explaining how to add or edit a tracking number.

@DesignsBySynthiaEtsy : Unfortunately, Etsy had made it clear that they will not manually adjust Star Seller data. Have you checked the CSV file and (if the shipper is supported by Etsy) made sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Has the package been scanned? At some point, if the package is never scanned it will revert to being considered as not shipped with tracking.
yes I have checked everything and my post is supported for sure. I take my packages directly to the post office. I don't know, I hate Star Seller...lol.
I lost my star seller for this month for apparently shipping late (???) or because of missing tracking (???)
My last sales over the month of august were all shipped within the time and all had trackings....and even so my "on time and tracking" have now plumeted to 88%. I snd by the post and in my opinion they have'nt been scanned and we can't do a thing about that!
I give up!
I think I give up to, Star seller is more of a frustration now than an encouragement.

Did the tracking show movement? Was the item accepted by the postal system? If the number is not scanned, not accepted, Etsy deems that the item has not been sent.
Sometimes the tracing software Etsy uses misses. There is one issue they are looking into but it happesn so rearly it is not at the top of their list to fix.
For US sellers make sure to have the item get its initial scan. If it doesn't get that scan then Etsy feels it has not been psoted.
