I am showing to have not included tracking information for two of my orders. But everything I ship goes though Pirate Ship and auto uploads.

I am having this problem too! First it was 3 orders ‘ without tracking ‘ , than 2 orders, now 1..
I’ve been using Chart to ask support people to fix it manually.. but it appears again and again.. not sure whom we should address this issue- it takes so much time !

What is going on! so super frustrating. My on time shipping is down to 91%. When I look all of them have tracking. I would love this to be fixed before April rolls around. It says I have 19 orders without tracking yet they are clearly shown and all marked delivered on the USPS website. Nothing leaves my office without tracking.
