My Star Seller score is only showing 86% because of an order that was local pickup/delivery and did not have tracking information. This is very frustrating as I have met all other requirements and only use FedEx for shipping, specifically because of the excellent tracking system they use. I cannot find any way to dispute the miscalculation of my Star Seller score.

Will local pickup orders be part of my evaluation for a Star Seller badge?
All physical listing orders must include a valid tracking number or a shipping label purchased on Etsy to be considered for a Star Seller badge. At this time, we’re unable to make exceptions for local pickup orders.
This also applies to delivery orders.
It’s not a miscalculation. No tracking, no star seller.
if you want the star seller badge...
you cannot be nice and deliver orders to your customers and you cannot allow pick ups.
There is nothing to dispute, local pickup is not supported for SS. It never has been. You need to decide whether getting a pretty purple badge is actually worth compromising your customer service levels for this particular buyer. If you want the badge, you have to ship everything with tracking.
