Star Seller status incorrectly removed for April

I am not sure if this is the process for challenging the email I received from Etsy (Decorative Antiques GB) telling me how to get back on track after losing my Star Seller status. I was very surprised by this as said status is very important to my enterprise and I always make sure to be compliant with requirements to keep the Star Seller badge. When I looked into it and downloaded the relevant sales records it recorded 4 of my dispatch notices did not have tracking. This is in fact incorrect as I always add tracking and checked that I had done so in this case. I couldn’t understand why 4 consecutive orders had been recorded as having no tracking when the order record I accessed showed that they had. Thinking further about this I noticed that the carrier for these deliveries was down as Parcel Force International ( which I had used for the preceding order) and in sending these 4 subsequent orders had not altered the carrier back to Post Office ( which is my default UK user and was used in the case of the 4 ‘untracked’ parcels. I can only assume that somehow the Etsy algorithm detected a Post Office tracking number on a Oarcel Force deliverer and somehow disqualified the tracking (even though they are essentially part of the same UK company). In trying to rectify this via Etsy’s communication process I read that this line of enquiry couldn’t change star seller designation and referred me to the technical question process - which I am now doing. I suppose my ultimate aim is to find out if - and if so how - Etsy can overturn this punitive response to what was really only a clerical oversight and not a diminution of service levels as the tracking information still stood?

Contact Etsy Support - this happened to me last month, orders with tracking showed "no tracking" on the CSV report. The person on the phone couldn't fix it right away but they referred to another team. When I checked my report yesterday, those orders now showed "yes" when it came to tracking, so they fixed it.

@DecorativeAntiquesGB: "... punitive response to what was really only a clerical oversight ..." Undoubtedly Etsy's response will be that you had three days to correct your data entry errors and failed to do so. If the tracking number as entered on the actual order cannot be verified with the courier entered on the order, then the order is considered as shipped without (verifiable) tracking.
