Out of curiosity, I look at my stats to see why my 'Star Seller Status' had been dropped as I'm providing the same stellar service and swift responses as I always have.
Lo and behold, all of my messaging was done within hours, sometimes minutes of receipt, all except one: a Seller doing a bit of advertising (though I had already made my purchase) and reminding me to leave a review, which didn't require a response. But for THAT, my service isn't quite up to par. Thanks ever so much, Etsy, for the support!
I don't respond to spam...in fact, I don't respond to messages that don't require a response. You ought to be able to distinguish between those, or drop that 'standard'.
