Star Seller stats incorrect for shipping

I am reviewing my stats for the first time and noticed that for the On-time shipping it is not correct. It is stating that two of my orders from August was not shipping on time but they were. It has my score at 78% because of this.

We've double-checked the orders that has affected your Star Seller, and it appears that they don't have a ship-by-date which is why they've affected your Star Seller. Our engineering team is currently looking into this. I’ve added all of the details from our interaction to their on-going investigation so they have more information to work with. At this time, we do not have a timeline for when this issue will be resolved but please know that we prioritize issues based on the impact to our members.

I know that the phone support and live chat support folks tell you to post here for help but it's just us sellers here. The live chat and phone call back support people are just a call center folks. Unfortunately the Help Center article says the same incorrect thing- to post here.

it says "Etsy Support can’t make changes to your Star Seller data or manually award Star Seller badges. If you think your Star Seller score was calculated incorrectly, you can let us know in the Technical Issues forum."

But they changed this to a peer to peer support forum a few years ago so it's just us sellers here sadly. Occasionally an admin will pop in if there is a major issue going on but generally it's just us sellers. If you need more help from etsy support you will need to contact them again but opt for the email option .

Even if there is an error, at this point nothing can or will be done. Stars are issued on the first of the month. Those orders from August were for the star that was issued November 1st. Right now people are working towards the December star, which will be for months Sept/Oct/Nov, so those will be wiped off the next stars metrics.

Hi, having the same problem. Almost all of my ordered shipped with tracking this month yet it appears as missing in calculating tracking scores. Will lose my star seller status in December though doing everything as last month. There seems to be an ongoing issue with sever accounts not just mine. Thanks
