My shipping stat for star seller has gone down to 99% because it is showing on the CSV that I didn't dispatch an order on time. This is not true. It was due for dispatch by the 21st of August and was posted on this date. It automatically gets marked as shipped and the tracking number uploaded from Royal Mail Click and Drop which also proves I posted it on time. What can I do about this?
@KittyCardsCompany: Integrations sometimes fail. Have you made sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
