Hello! My star seller shipping score is low..and it states I have 3 orders without tracking numbers. I enter a tracking number every single time I close out an order and have shipped every order way before the due date. How do I get this fixed?

@BookDateFriend: What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the courier's tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).
If that does not work and if the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
As @bradgoodell points out, it may 'look' like you have tracking but an unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.
It has been suggested to not mention Star Seller when contacting support about issues like this so your inquiry is not summarily brushed aside
Looks like 2 of the tracking numbers still say pre-transit thru USPS even though both customers have already received their packages. The rest say delivered and the date based on tracking.
Pre-transit is a problem. Does it say pre-transit on USPS?
@BookDateFriend: An order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED cannot be validated.
