I am at 91% for shipping on star seller and so close to receiving the badge. The calculation skipped an order therefore my percentage isn't based off the correct amount of orders. I know exactly which order isn't in the calculation and it meets all the requirements + was shipped on time. Wondering what I can do to fix this!! Thanks
@SimplyTapley: "The calculation skipped an order ..." Are you saying that the order was not included in the calculation at all or that it is being incorrectly classified? Sometimes an order is not included in the calculation until after the scheduled ship by date, regardless of when you actually shipped. If you are saying that an order is negatively impacting your score, is Etsy saying it shipped late, shipped without (verifiable) tracking, or is missing a processing time?
It is not included at all. I just checked + the order was scheduled to ship by July 16th. It was delivered on Jun 28. It isn’t negatively affecting me, just not helping me!!
@SimplyTapley: Star Seller stats (and the CSV file) seem to be updated only once per day so the order should be included by the 18th or 19th.
