Star Seller shipping bug

Some of my listings under the shipping tab are incorrectly showing that i dont have processing time added to them. I have double checked the listings and they do have processing time on them. This is negatively impacting my star seller status, Im currently one percent below where i need to be because of this. I know that other users have posted about this, and some have had it fixed but mine isnt yet.

I looked at mine for the last period and while 100% and every item was shipped tracked, many don't have times under tracking but do show a proper completed-by date that made the sale fit critera.

@LumeriaDesignCo: There are several other threads about this in this forum including https://community.etsy.com/t5/Technical-Issues/Order-shipped-on-time/m-p/139543093 which has a reply from an Etsy admin

Hi There!

 

Please make sure all your listings have a processing time setup, if the order was placed before setting up processing time it will still be counted as no processing time. Learn more on how to add processing time here

 

To get a closer breakdown of your orders that were counted as no processing time, you can download a CSV by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

@HtoHdesign, this problem has been ongoing since Sep 22.  Please check the numerous threads on this, as well as support tickets which sellers have opened.  The orders in question DO have correct processing times, and have had valid tracking numbers in the orders, and were marked as shipped on time.  Yet, they are showing as 'pre-transit', and are being incorrectly counted against the star seller shipping metric.  Perhaps something is wrong with the interface Etsy is using to get tracking status?

If this is not addressed by tomorrow, I expect lots of sellers will end up incorrectly not meeting the shipping metric for star seller for the Oct 1 period.
