Star Seller seems to be incorrect with customer service.

For January, February, and March I had one (1 star) review. Total for that time period was another 14 (5 star) reviews.

For the past 12 months - April 2024 through March 2025, I had 73 reviews. One (1 Star) review and 1 (4 star) review.

You are indicating that we have a 4.7 rating.

Star Seller only counts reviews in the last 3 months.

Check your stats for the previous review period and see what it says. A stray one star review can make all the difference if you don't have enough 5 star reviews to compensate. The default on the star seller state page is for the current review period - you need to change it to show the previous period.

(14x5) + 1 = 71

71 / 15 = 4.73

Star Seller target = 4.8
