Star Seller not counting all messages

Each month my star seller seems to show only 6-10 messages total, which in this review period I missed replying to 1 within that 24 hours. I'm just not sure where they are choosing these 6-10 messages from when I typically get 20+ new messages per month, which would add up to 60+ per review period. Yet each time it shows less than 10 messages in the review period, anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

We've double-checked the messages on your shop, and we can confirm that most of the messages you've recently received were from other Etsy members who have initiated the conversation before December 2022. You can double-check the conversation on your shop by going to Shop Manager > Messages.
